MEMBER/GROWER AGREEMENT FORM

Vollmer Farm is now registering members for the 2010 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program.  Please review, acknowledge and submit the following Member/Grower Agreement form.

Please read and acknowledge acceptance of this agreement form:

1. Three options available in 2010! Members may purchase a large share (average $28 worth of produce each week), a small share (average $21 worth of produce each week) or a market share. A member may elect to pay the full amount at registration or make a deposit at registration with the full balance due by Wednesday, March 31, 2010. 
2. Large and small share members will receive a box of fresh, certified organic produce weekly for 20 weeks beginning April 6, 2010.  The assortment of produce will vary throughout the season and will contain a wide variety of fruits and vegetables from our gardens.  Due to the unpredictability of farming, we cannot guarantee any specific item on any particular week.  We are not able to customize individual boxes; however, we’ll be happy to accept your requests for more of an item for canning, freezing or when you have a special event!
3. Market share members are welcome to shop as often as they like at the farm market in Bunn from April 1-August 10, 2010, during regular market hours. By prepaying to help offset growing costs, you will receive a 10% discount on all produce sold in our farm market or pick-your-own fields. This is a way to customize your share and shop for as little or as much as you may need, any time we’re open!
4. Members are responsible for picking up their boxes at one of the designated pickup locations.  If members will be away (i.e., vacation or business travel) they are encouraged to find friends or another family member to pick up their share, as we are unable to credit missed pickups.  Any shares not picked up will be donated as determined by Vollmer Farm. Please see the registration form for specific pickup locations, as well as days and times.
5. This Agreement represents a season-long contract for a 20-week period from April to August.  If for any reason a member must end their subscription; Vollmer Farm will transfer your share to an individual of your choice or in case of unforeseen financial hardship, we will refund your unused balance.
6. Members are encouraged to visit the farm during the growing season.  The farm will offer three “Real Farm, Real Fun” work/play days in 2010, CSA members and their families are encouraged to come out any enjoy the farm! Please choose a date from the registration form and put it on your calendar now, we’ll confirm later.

By completing the MEMBER/GROWER Signature box and clicking on the 'I Agree' button to submit this agreement, you consent to the terms of this agreement asif you would be with a written signature. This agreement must be submitted with the Signature box completed in order to register as a Vollmer Farm CSA 2010 Member.
